For example, 22322CCK/W33 bearing, K is 1:12 taper. It has many types of cages depending on the environment of use, carrying capacity, and speed. Different suffixes represent different cage types. CC, CA, and E are the code names by the Swedish group for its products. and M, MA, and MB are the German product codes.
How to install spherical roller bearing?
In fact, the installation of spherical roller thrust bearing is not special at all. We recommend the most primitive method, which will neither cause wear to the bearings nor cause damage to the equipment. This method is installed by heating. Using the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, heat the inner ring of the bearing in the oil tank to 80-100 degrees Celsius, and install it as soon as possible after taking it out. But pay attention to the centerline of the shaft and the bearing should coincide. The bearing should not have any skew, otherwise, it is easy to cause the shaft to bend or the inner ring of the bearing to break.
